DENVER
We advise strongly against travel connecting through Denver. During the fall/winter/spring Denver flights are frequently interrupted and you may be delayed/cancelled.
The Denver airport is a little over 5 hours drive from Gateway and includes a corridor of I-70 that can quickly become snowy going through the rocky mountains. Click here to check DOT notices on I-70.
Car Rentals
Car rentals are at your discretion.
Please note that wildlife is abundant and often not scared of you in this area of Colorado. This makes driving at night / dusk / dawn particularly dangerous if you are not accustomed to Colorado roadways.
HOtels
We prefer if you stay onsite at the resort at least on the night of the wedding. The roads that far out are poorly lit and wildlife and road conditions can be less than ideal.
