ACCOMMODATIONS
Please review the lodging options below and make sure to CALL the reservation team at Gateway to book a room in our block at a discounted rate and tell them you are with the Vanderburgh/Guerra wedding.
Please do NOT book through Expedia (or other third party websites) or on Gateway's normal website- you will not be able to get our negotiated reduced rate. Use the link here to view online for the basic-level room.
****Please note that the BASIC (cheapest) room is booked full for Saturday night, you will have to jump up one room level. The hotel is not sold out of rooms, they are sold out of rooms in our block for that night. Please reach out to Morgan for help booking. Please ask for Chloe or Cindy when booking for help with the block. ****
If you're interested in a room below that states "est." before the price, please contact Morgan and she will add the room to the reservation block. All estimated (est.) prices are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, they are listed below only as a guideline to help you select your room.
Most rooms have sofa-beds, or roll-out beds that can be provided to accommodate more than one couple in a room if desired, discuss with the reservations team if this is needed.
The rate listed below is a reduced rate for our wedding only and is not inclusive of resort fees/taxes that will be applied at checkout. The reduced rate will be honored 3 days post and prior if you choose to stay beyond the wedding date.
We understand if you choose to stay in Grand Junction the night before our wedding, but we ask that you reserve a room onsite for the Saturday following our wedding celebration.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11 am unless alternate times are requested.
A housekeeping and bellhop gratuity fee is charged to your card at the end of your stay for $11 per day, please take that into consideration if leaving gratuity (for both bellhop and housekeeping).
KIVA- Deluxe or Premium

The Kiva Deluxe room is 485 sqf with either a single King or 2 Queen setup. They cannot place a roll-away bed in Deluxe rooms and they do not come with sofa-beds. Max occupancy would be 2 couples.

The Kiva Premium room is 600 sqf with either a single King or 2 Queen set up and an indoor gas fireplace. Can accomodate a roll-away bed. Max occupancy would be 3 couples with use of 2 queen beds and 1 roll-away bed.
Room rates do not include taxes and fees associated with the resort.
An $11 per day gratuity fee and $20 per day resort fee will be applied at checkout.

The Kiva Signature room is 600 sqf with either King or 2 Queen set up. Could sleep 2 couples and 1 single with use of roll-away bed.
